rob hammond Løkkeskrift is simply amazing, it is one of those, close your eyes, lay down, breathe deep, everything is nice sort of tracks. Just calms me down Favorite track: Løkkeskrift.

Comiskie Why is it that my favourite musical outfits always seem to come from Norway these days. This trend continues irrepressibly with Mörk. Favorite track: Løkkeskrift.

Dillon Ethier This modern jazz quartet pushes against the borders of what jazz can be. Somewhat in the direction of electronic music, but also hints at a new, unexplored area, that I hope we haven't heard the last of. Nice find, Dr. Beaf!

Dr. Beaf Uniquely successful example of bridging the gap between small jazz group and electronica. It's wonderful, very entertaining and although electronic in some level of character this music, to my mind, sits squarely as a four piece outfit extending the barriers of jazz. There's some great melodies and song structure with plenty of complexity that I tend to look for that I find very, very enjoyable. Hits the highly recommended list.

Russ Sargeant I was always a fan of e.s.t. Mørk have, maybe subconsciously, taken one facet of the Esbjorn Svensson sound and added their own twist, mixing it with electronica. A very satisfying album that one can get 'caught up' in. Favorite track: Løkkeskrift.
